As the founder of Tribal Gourmet, I'm passionate about popularizing Northeast Indian food, cuisine, culture, and traditions through modernized traditional dishes. My work spans pop-ups, events, bespoke caterings, and TV shows, all driven by a desire to share the richness of my heritage.
When I'm not cooking up a storm, I'm a creative problem-solver, offering expertise in menu design, graphic design, and design solutions. As the Creative Director at BarTrender, I bring my artistic flair to the world of bars and beverages.
